BEFORE TAMUSA:

  • Played seven seasons of elite club softball with Texas Strike Force in Rosenberg, Texas
  • Primarily played catcher and was also used at third base
  • Graduated in 2020 from Houston’s Challenge Early College High School, where she was also able to earn her Associate’s Degree

 

PERSONAL:

  • Daughter of Raul and Imelda Montelongo
  • Has two sisters, Yulisa and Yesenia
  • Was a Co-Cathedral Church Volunteer in addition to volunteering with the Houston Food Bank
