Meet the Jaguars: Kameryn Casares

As Texas A&M–San Antonio counts down the days until it begins intercollegiate athletics, the university's athletic department is introducing its players to the TAMUSA Community. This feature begins with second baseman Kameryn Casares.

Casares, a true freshman from Edinburg, Texas, was a four-year letterwinner at Vela High School. She batted .322 and recorded an on-base percentage of .444 during her varsity career. Casares was named her team's Flex Player of the Year in 2017 and 2018.
