Four Jaguars Earn RRAC All-Conference Honors
Waco, TX- Texas A&M University–San Antonio placed four student-athletes on the 2025 Red River Athletic Conference Men's Soccer All-Conference Teams, highlighting another successful campaign for the Jaguars.
Senior forward Ronald Aguilar and sophomore defender Jose de la Torre earned spots on the All-Conference First Team, while senior midfielder David Torres and senior defender Eduardo Hernandez were named to the Second Team. Freshman Josh Olivares was recognized on the All-Freshman Team, and senior Andres Rodriguez represented the Jaguars on the Champions of Character Team.
Aguilar, a senior from Chalatenango, El Salvador, secured his second straight First Team selection after leading A&M–San Antonio's attack throughout the season. De la Torre, a local standout from San Antonio, anchored the Jaguars' back line and played a key role in several clean sheets during conference play.
Torres, hailing from Cali, Colombia, earned Second Team honors after a strong senior season in the midfield, while Hernandez, from Houston, Texas, rounded out the defensive unit with his veteran presence and consistency.
Olivares, a freshman midfielder from San Antonio, was one of only a few first-year players in the conference to earn All-Freshman recognition, showcasing the depth of the Jaguars' developing talent. Rodriguez, also from San Antonio, was honored for his leadership and sportsmanship with a spot on the Champions of Character Team.
The honors cap off a historic year for A&M–San Antonio, which reached the second round of the RRAC Tournament for the first time in program history. The Jaguars' multiple all-conference selections reflect the program's continued growth under head coach Roberto Jaramillo.
